"THE HOUSE OF THE RISING SUN" - In 1897, New Orleans Alderman Sidney Story introduced a bill to create "The District", a legalized red light district for gambling and prostitution. This district became known as Storyville and thrived for 17 years. The notorious brothels were run exclusively by woman as was the district itself.
Storyville's thirty eight blocks bordered The French Quarter and consisted of some twenty five brothels, million dollar mansions that rivaled the great houses of the Gilded Age. The area consisted of dozens of gambling houses and "Jazz" juke joints.

A series of grizzly murders had overtaken the city of New Orleans in 1909. The murders were of rich prominent society men and mirrored a series of sixteen murders that occurred decades before. Each man was last seen in Storyville, specifically at The Arlington. The head of the Jesuit teaching hospital, Brother Hadrian is tasked with solving the crimes with his fellow Brothers and his number one assistant Brother Aquinas. What the Jesuit scientists painstakingly uncover is a story that began thirty five years before in 1874.
The final shocking revelation is uncovered when it is learned that Sabine, the madame of the famed Arlington, Jesuit investigators Hadrian and Aquinas, are all tied to the prominent victims and more importantly, the murderer himself.
